Project Brief - Towards Learning Creatively

the future

Summary of the project

This project builds on previous and current work surrounding the development of 'inclusive' modes of assessments for dyslexic students.  Dyslexic students make up the largest percentage of students declaring a disability in Higher Education today.  The project is a response to the needs of this diverse student population and aims to develop and disseminate a range of innovative assessments to allow students to work in creative, non-written and partly-written formats.

Lecturers will be empowered and supported to develop the assessments, which will in turn feed into Institutional policies to enable more inclusive assessment to take place.
